She brings 12 years of exclusive experience in the Human Resource domain. Her expertise is Recruitment and she has been instrumental in recruiting more than 5000 candidates across various clients and domains, till date. Preeti works across every candidate ensuring they prepare their c. v properly. She educates and guides candidates on facing interviews. She understands the expectations of the clients and prepares the candidates toward winning job offers.
Chintan Gala
Chintan Gala is a core management partner at Shunya Tattva, the parent company of Earnready. He is a Management Graduate and a Masters in Management with a Finance specialization. Chintan has over the last 12 years explored different businesses including retail, wholesale, stock markets etc. Chintan generated interest in Human Resource Recruitment and Trainings considering the gap between existing market needs and supply. Shorter recruitment cycle of candidates meant unmatched skills or gap in expectations and offerings.
